Personal data processed

Identity and contact data (name, e-mail, telephone, company, address), customer transaction data (requests for quotation, tenders, offers, messages), transaction security data (IP address, browser information, session and transaction records) and visual/file data (documents and images you upload) are processed.

Purposes of processing

Carrying out membership procedures, managing quotation and tender processes, checking listings before publication, communication activities, ensuring information security, improving the service and fulfilling obligations arising from legislation.

Legal grounds

Data are processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law: the conclusion and performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, the establishment and protection of a right, and legitimate interest, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Your explicit consent is obtained for processing outside these grounds.

Method of collection

Data are collected electronically through site forms, your account, the files you upload, e-mail and cookies.

Transfer

To the extent required by the service, data may be transferred to the parties to a tender, to competent public authorities and to hosting, content delivery, e-mail and analytics service providers. The servers of these providers may be located abroad; transfers abroad are made in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your data are processed, to request information, to learn whether they are used in line with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom they are transferred, to request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and their deletion or destruction, to object to an outcome against you resulting from automated analysis, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
