Price and payment

The total amount, including taxes, is shown at the payment step, and payment is taken by card through the iyzico infrastructure. There is no shipping or delivery charge.

Term and renewal

The subscription is valid for the period you choose and, unless cancelled, renews automatically for the same duration; the period fee is taken from your card at each renewal.

Performance

The service is digital and is activated on your account once payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days from the date of purchase or renewal without giving a reason and receive the full fee back. You can send your request to [email protected].

You can send your complaints to [email protected] or to the number 0850 840 47 57. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts within the statutory limits.
