Information we collect

Account information: name, e-mail address, password hash, account type and acceptance records.

Company and supplier information: company name, telephone, website, address, logo, port served, country and product categories.

Request and tender information: requests for quotation, material lists, delivery addresses, vessel information, notes, uploaded files, offers, tender questions and messages.

Technical information: IP address, browser information, pages visited and error logs.

Why we use the information

We use it to manage your account, to run requests for quotation and tenders, to forward offers to the parties concerned, to check listings before publication, to send transaction-related e-mails, to keep the site secure, to fix errors and to fulfil legal obligations.

Sharing of information

The material list, place of delivery and terms of a tender are shown to approved suppliers. Your personal contact details are not shared during the tender process; in a sales tender, once the winner has been determined, only the winner and the seller see each other's contact details.

We do not sell your information. We work with service providers for hosting, content delivery and security, e-mail delivery and site statistics. Lawful requests from competent authorities are complied with.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for sessions, security and the cart. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are used to understand how the site is used only if you give your consent; these services may place their own cookies and record page interactions. If you do not give your consent, they are not loaded.

You can change your choice through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; if essential cookies are blocked, sign-in and the cart may not work.

Map and vessel data

Member maps use the OpenFreeMap, OpenSeaMap and NASA GIBS map services; your browser connects to these services while the map loads. Vessel positions come from publicly broadcast AIS data and must not be used for navigation.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal retention periods. The IP address and browser information in product visit records are deleted after 90 days. Passwords are stored in hashed form, and uploaded private files are not publicly accessible.

Your rights

You can update your account information on your profile page and submit a data deletion request from the privacy section of your account page. For other requests you can write to [email protected]. Your rights in Türkiye are explained in the KVKK Information Notice.
