Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded between the seller ROTA YALOVA YAPI TEKNİK HIRD. İNŞ. TAAH. SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (address: Bayraktepe Mah. Bursa Yalova Yolu Cad. Şehir Oto Ticaret Merkezi B Blok No: 110/2 İç Kapı No: 13 Merkez / Yalova, Yalova V.D. 735 155 7948, telephone: 0850 840 47 57, e-mail: [email protected]) and the buyer purchasing a premium membership through ShipsBay, by its electronic confirmation before payment.

Subject

The subject of the agreement is the provision of the ShipsBay premium membership service as a monthly or yearly subscription. Premium includes, in a single package, the site features, including opening purchase and sales tenders and vessel tracking. The current scope and price are shown on the premium page.

Price and payment

The fee is the tax-inclusive amount shown at the time of purchase. Payment is taken from a credit or debit card through the iyzico infrastructure. Card details are not stored by ShipsBay.

Automatic renewal

Unless cancelled, the subscription renews at the end of each period for the same duration, and the period fee is collected from the same card. Price changes are notified by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect; the buyer may cancel before the renewal date.

Performance

The service is provided digitally; there is no physical delivery. Premium access is activated on your account upon confirmation of payment and continues throughout the period.

Withdrawal, cancellation and refund

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days from the date of the first purchase or renewal without giving a reason and receive the full fee back. In the case of cancellation after this period, renewal stops, access continues until the end of the paid period and no refund is made for the remaining period. Invoice

An invoice is issued by ROTA YALOVA YAPI TEKNİK HIRD. İNŞ. TAAH. SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. for each payment and sent to your registered e-mail address.

Disputes

Buyers who are consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the statutory monetary limits and to the Consumer Courts above these limits. For other buyers, Yalova courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. Turkish law applies.
