Delivery

Premium is a digital service; there is no shipping or physical delivery. It is activated on your account once payment is confirmed.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refund

If you request it within 14 days from the date of the first purchase or renewal, the full amount you paid is refunded and access is ended. After 14 days no refund is made for the remaining period.

Refunds are sent to the card used for payment within 14 days at the latest. The time taken for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank.

Duplicate or erroneous payment

Erroneous or duplicate charges are refunded in full, regardless of the time elapsed.
