An air operated diaphragm pump designed for simplicity in operation and maintenance. Safe for use in explosive environments. The Metal pump lines provides the durability, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and temperature range required for a variety of process and waste applications. The standard material combination is composed of aluminum casing and neoprene diaphragm, balls and valve seat for general purpose non aggressive applications such as in oil and petroleum based fluids. Cast iron, 316 stainless steel and hastelloy casing materials are available as well.

Portable ejectors have been found to be indispensable on bulk carriers, lube-oil tankers and chemical carriers where it is essential to empty tanks completely. It is also extremely useful on all other types of ships for mopping up the last few barrels of liquid from tanks, holds, cofferdams or other compartments when stripping is required. These ejectors are powered either by water or by the liquid which is being pumped. Normally made of bronze with a stainless steel nozzle. One standard nozzle and an extra nozzle for lower driving pressure are attached as standard accessories.

Mucking Pump, Capacity Up To 5ton/hour

A portable jet pump, made of cast aluminium, that solves problems encountered in removing sludge, scale, solids, abrasive materials and concentrated slurries by moving the materials with forced pressure. Also suitable for removal and/or recovery of spent sand blasting abrasive from tank. A stainless steel strainer will prevent particles of up to 38 mm in size from passing through the pump. It’s light weight and small size (305 x 406 mm) allow it to pass through openings as well. Suction and discharge hoses are sold separately.
